Day 3 of Network Conference

I finally have a chance to update the blog.  It has been quite an eventful week.  Anyway, here is a quick recap.

Wednesday morning, it was my turn to lead worship at the AG Network Conference.  To be honest I was very nervous.  I usually am very nervous when I am preparing to go on stage; but as soon as I start playing music, I get comfortable.  Quite strange.

Anyhoo, the theme for the morning was God's grace and we participated in communion.  It was a great morning of reflection and repentance.  I am honored to have been asked to lead worship for a conference like this.  I had good help from good friends who agreed to play with morning that morning.  Thanks guys!

Although our time was cut short, I had fun leading and actually had more fun rehearsing with my groovy friends.  Man, we did really groove!

I am grateful for the opportunity to lead worship at conference and also the opportunity to get away from the office.  I was definitely challenged through the messages I heard and I am excited to see what God takes me next.  Stay tuned...
