We are finally back in KL and back to internet access! It has been a very busy yet fulfilling week at camp with Calvary Church. God is doing something great in Malaysia and it is exciting to see the people of Calvary Church carrying our His mission.
This week at camp we got to lead worship for all the adult sessions, teach some songs and teach the lessons for the kids sessions and also do the breakout sessions for the adults and youth. We had a blast serving and ministering. We also had fun getting to know the people of the church, they are a good bunch.
Here are some pictures of our adventures:

Peter checking out our beds

We are known here with the title Pastor which we are all not used to.
Pastor Bryan doing his thing, teaching the kids. He did great!
I got to speak to the adults during the first breakout session and here’s a partial shot of all the people gathered. I was unaware it was going to be this big and so I was very nervous but it was fun nonetheless.
Some of our new friends – Pastor Chris, his daughter Azalea (in front of him) and Joanna (in green) who lead some of the kids worship and directed the kids choir at camp.
A great treat to see my friends Eva & Shawn who drove north to see me for a few hours.

Jeremy & Charisa Seaward came up for a visit and it was good to catch up with old friends.
Little Caleb Seaward who refused earlier to joining us for a picture, so I had to sneak this shot.

A little “joy juice” as a reminder of my childhood
On our way back to KL, we made a stop in Melaka, a city in Malaysia that has lots of history; so we got to do a little sightseeing and shopping.
Our first stop was a famous local snack shop

The Dutch also built a fort around the area

That’s it for the update, it is time to hit the sack. Peace!
